The Old War Office also now known as Raffles Hotel and Residences is a heritage Grade II listed building, fully restored to modern standards. This well-known London landmark, famous as the home of Winston Churchill’s offices during World War II, has been repurposed to 82 luxury apartments, 125 Hotel bedrooms and suites including Winston Churchills office.  The building boasts a ballroom, grand staircase, restaurants and bars.  Oakdene are proud to have worked on the project for over 4 years and been an integral part of the renovation.

A true demonstration of our full range of services from lead paint removal, restoration, decorating, French polishing, floor sanding, wall coverings and scratch repair. Approximately 20,000 days of work from beginning to end.
